Korach was a Levi who wanted to be a Kohen. In this meditation, we look into the origins of what it means to be a “Levi” — to accompany — and reclaim for Korach and for ourselves the incredible divine power and value of such companioning, to walk with someone with deep presence, without any agenda of change, to provide a sense of “being with” as God and the angels do. We practice feeling into God’s accompaniment as well as our own capacity to offer this to ourselves and each other.
