How can you live more fully into your own divine light?
As a spiritual guide — also known as a spiritual companion or director — I support you in the sacred process of becoming your truest self, a process of healing, returning, strengthening and growing that unfolds in unique ways for each person.
We listen together to what is stirring in you – the challenges and struggles, the stuck places, the fears, anxieties and griefs, the glimmers and yearnings, the body’s communications – we listen to all of these as signposts on your spiritual journey, as divine invitations into greater self awareness, wholeness and self realization. We listen with curiosity, compassion and love to anything that bubbles up and we honor all of the pieces as sacred, tending to the brokenness as well as to your emerging center, your ever present, indestructible divine indwelling.
We work to strengthen your relationship with the Beyond as you understand it and to strengthen your own inner knowing, to support you in developing your capacity to drop into yourself and find your intuitive divine core, your Resting Place, to live and act from that place, and from that place, to offer love and healing to the wounded parts of yourself and others.
We slow down and make space for Mystery. We slow down and make space for Spirit to accompany you and to show you the way, your way, learning to let go of control and to trust what unfolds, to trust what is inviting you into greater freedom and manifestation.

My Background
I was trained and certified by an interfaith/interspiritual organization called the Spiritual Guidance Training Institute (SGTI). I welcome and have been trained to serve seekers from all backgrounds and traditions as well as those who are not affiliated with any formal faith tradition.
I have strong roots in Modern Orthodox Judaism, and have also pursued an interest in many other religious traditions, including Buddhism, Christianity, Sufism and Unitarian Universalism. I hold a BA from Princeton University in Religion and a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania in Rabbinic Literature.
Spiritual guidance is a cross-disciplinary field. I bring tools and skills, education and experience from the following other modalities into my work as a Spiritual Guide: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Focusing, mindfulness and Mindful Self Compassion (MSC), person centered therapy and Buddhist therapeutic approaches.
Sessions: I offer one hour sessions on zoom or in person. Frequency is flexible based on your needs, anywhere from once a week to once or month. Fees are on a sliding scale.
