In this meditation we look at the first three words of the parsha, vayikra el Moshe, God’s call to Moshe, and take note of how this direction of calling is counter intuitive to us — usually we are the ones calling out to God, not vice versa. We explore what it would feel like to take seriously that God wishes to connect so deeply to us, that God desires us, and to open to receiving that overflowing love.
