In difficult times, our energy tends to get scattered, but it is precisely in such times that there is an even greater need for us to be well resourced internally so that our actions come from this deep inner well and we can hold the difficulty from this higher place inside us. In this meditation, we draw on parts of Parashat Breishit, especially the divine invitation of ayeka, “where are you” and the description of the creation of the human being, as resources that can help us return to Self and to a sense of groundedness and connection with the divine and each other. Together we create inside us a collective and personal space that can hold what is difficult in this moment.
