(updated 12/25)
I host two ongoing drop-in groups:
1) Parsha Meditation groups — These groups are offered twice on Wednesdays, once at 8:30 AM Eastern time and once at 12:45 PM Eastern time. The groups begin with a 20 minute guided Torah meditation like the ones that appear on this website. Following the meditation, there is space for participants to share and listen and support each other for 10-20 minutes. The groups are informal, warm and inspiring. Please contact me (anisfeldr@gmail,com) for more information and to get on the email list to receive the zoom link, updates and reminders. No long term commitment is necessary. It’s on a drop-in, pay as you go basis, and the first two times are free. See here for payment details.
2) “Finding Your Ground” Group — In the midst of uncertainty, anxiety and stress, come find your ground with us. In each “Finding Your Ground” (FYG) session we take a short inspiring phrase (mostly from Jewish prayer or Torah texts) and use it as a sparking off point to help us find, strengthen and rest in our own sacred ground through contemplation, journaling and sharing. Start your week off right – in a supportive community – from a place of alignment and strength, connecting to yourself, the divine and each other. Online, most Monday mornings, 8:30-9:00 AM EST. On a drop-in, pay as you go basis. First two times are free. After that, there is a small fee for participation. See here for payment details. Please email me (anisfeldr@gmail.com) for further information and to be added to the list so that you receive a zoom link and reminder each week.
